archangelofepic An absolute vibe of an album that can just be listened to on repeat for eternity. Favorite track: Strangers.

hdsht_cat Jordan honed his stylistic cues and design here, and that's what makes No Mana such a breakthrough in chiptune or glitch artists. It sounds familiar, but shines above any old bitcrushed or chip-fed tracks. There's such a mature, true feel to these tracks. Favorite track: Secret Level.

[Verse 1] As if I knew that we were losing I never asked what you were thinking You forgive, I keep forgetting, hmm I feel your sorrow as I breathe in When we're second to believing This is not a one-way ticket, no [Chorus] Now we're strangers on the nightlight Looking at the night sky Wishing we could turn back time We are greeting as we pass by Strangers on the night light Looking into foreign night [Refrain] Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light [Verse 2] And if I say the things forbidden And then reveal our feelings hidden Oh, would it change what we've been thinking? No And would you hold me for a minute Tell me ever new beginnings That this is not a one-way ticket? No? [Chorus] Now we're strangers on the night light Looking at the night sky Wishing we could turn back time We are greeting as we pass by Strangers on the night light Looking into foreign night [Refrain] Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light [Outro] Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light Strangers on the night light

about

After fourteen UP EPs and a slew of single releases on the deadmau5-run mau5trap label, No Mana excitedly announces his long-awaited debut album, Secret Level. The 11-track debut is available everywhere via mau5trap and comes exactly one month after the release of its emotionally driven lead single "Strangers" with Jantine.

A sonic display of everything there is to love about No Mana, his debut combines serious production prowess in all things progressive, tech-house, and trance. Leading off with the album's titular track, No Mana & Chipzel team up for a collaborative progressive slow burn, unfurling into a wondrous "Strangers" with Jantine. "Only Noise" featuring Voicians follows in third, powerfully driven with an intoxicating vocal and a progressive backsound to drive it all home. The center run of Secret Level sees No Mana at his best: intricate and atmospheric, laced with tinges of impactful bass and brooding undertones in tracks like "Bottle Service" and "Special Move." The entirety of Secret Level evokes a sense of progressive bliss, with punches of No Mana's love for tech-house and trance.
